Lunch under Yum Yum Trees in Kampong Koh

Foodie time.... we lunched at Kampong Koh, few kilometers away from Sitiawan before leaving for IPOH. This is a "must" whenever we stay in Lumut. There are many seafood restaurants along the road and each time we go, we normally eat at this Jit Yue Hong, under natural type of air condition supplied by fans and breezes from the local coconut trees....

under the "yum yum" tree...so called..

closer look at the name...

our only table cos we reached there very early...to beat the crowd..

coconut is a must...

to quench our thirst in this tropical climate...

followed by fried meehoon

fried rice

fried noodles...

fresh scallops...

sweet and sour crabs

and shrimps...
actually there were 2 more dishes but there wasn't enough time to snap them..
time was not to be wasted...

by the time we finished our lunch, the crowd had arrived..

...waiting for the sponsor to pay the bill...
thank you for the blessed lunch
it cost RM120.oo

Gosh, so nice to see coconut trees...here trees changing colours and tempe already down to 6'c. Quite chilly, already snowing up North....
