Caught In The ACT!

I got this piece of information from a chinese newspaper, not that I know how to read mandarin, thanks to my buddy who gave me this "tip-off"...

This video is about a man climbing over a gate, kwai kwai shu shu, going near the washing line, got hold of a "bra" and did something to it.... Go watch it and see whether u find this "fella" familiar or peculiar, looks like a pervert to me...
