Andy used to tell me that age is just a number.... I believed in him, I agreed wholeheartedly until today.... I dare not say AGE is just a number anymore, it is not ... proven this evening...
After months of not doing any vigorous exercise, I have to admit... I am not young anymore, a Five and a Jero! Age is about ageing....
This evening I attended an aerobic class... in the beginning I was like a 20 year old.. swinging my hands and legs like nobody's biz. But after a mere 20 minutes or so, I was like a 60 year old, puffing and huffing... thinking, hey, am I getting an heart attack? macam mau pengsan! During the dancing part, I couldn't even twist and cha-cha like I used to, my body and legs were so stiff, I couldn't believe it! And my heart.... ooooohhhh... I think its time for me to go for a body checkup.. sigh...

ReplyDeletemingna: i m very young at heart.. i dare say.. hahaha... but my body shows otherwise.. at least or today, i found myself panting..but belum pengsan la.. guess i got to take it easy and then build up from there slowly.. one year ago and one year later, gosh, a lot of difference!

15-20, eat 1 buffalo also u wont get fat..

ReplyDeleteI'm sure your stamina will improve if you go for more of these classes! :) Trust me! There's this lady in my kickboxing (!!) class who has stamina greater than all of us! And I think she must have been in her mid 50s! You can do it Claire! :)
