Motivation Show And An Embarassment!

This morning at 6.15am.. we were supposed to get up for the aerobics fit program but guess what... my colleague and I slept through it all... lol... actually we purposely one! We didn't want to get up so early, what the heck... so tired and all, still wanna exercise?? No way... ahhhhh... hope my boss not reading this!

OKay, back to the course, we were divided into groups, each handling a kind of "project." (nice word to use here) and here we were....

see my lappie? oh, don't read my contents in there..

then later we were made to watch a movie titled "Crimson Tide".....wow..that was a nice move, when it was dark, yours truly here slept... little did I know that there was some questions asked after watching and little did I know that I was the one who got Questioned!!! What a big embarassment! I was like..."er.. er... I don't know how to phrase it... let me think about it...." and my boss moved on... sigh... how "malu-ing" :(

  3. I really hate seminars especially the whole day ones. Waking up early, sleeping late and more reports to do after that.

Well, at least you got to watch Crimson Tide, lol.

  8. Looks like the type of 'kursus' I was always forced to join... No outcome right? Typical government-based 'kursus' which forever emphasizes 'makan' and 'senamrobik'. Silly...
