Ladies, I believe we do grumble and complain quite often about how troublesome it is to have our menstrual cycle monthly, right? Many times we moan about our discomfort, in fact it happens almost every month, we do groan and sigh about the pain, the trouble we have to go through month after month. From our puberty age, that is during our teens till our late forties or early fifties, our monthly menstrual cycle comes to "visit" us, so much so, some called them "auntie's monthly visitation." During this time, ladies need to take hygienic care, special cleaning wipes to keep us fresh and clean especially during humid weathers.
Well, reaching my age now, that is late forties, the monthly periods is becoming irregular, on and off, it comes and goes as it likes and the gynaecologist told me that it is the Peri-menopause stage now. I have come to accept this term and sooner or later, I will be freed from the monthly "bloodied" visits, but hey, I am not welcoming that freedom. Now come to think of it, it is much better to have menstruation than not, because once ovulation stops, our bodies hormones are unbalanced and that triggers off a lot of discomfort. Some complained of itchiness and dryness of the urinary area and this can be relieved by having some cleaning wash with gentle feminine hygiene. For more information on intimate and soothing cleansing, it is best to read from this website.
