Okay, if you do not know what a page rank is, here is the definition I obtained from Google search...
Page Rank is one of the methods Google uses to determine a page's relevance or importance. So in other words, the higher your page rank is, the more chances of advertisers looking for you instead of you looking high and low for them. (layman's terms of page rank)
so.. if page rank is low, the chances of seeing a
golden bag inside this website is very slim...

Sometimes Mr G penalized you for having ads in your blog, so he give you 0. Not that you don't write good content but he don't like ads links that boost some of other sites.

don't put your hopes too high on the page rank thingy, Claire. also do treat making money online as pocket money...and not something which you can do full-time or for retirement. you don't want to get disappointed later :D

ReplyDeleteAbout page rank, I notice if I view my entire blog, the PR is 3/10, but if I view my blog as in on a per blogpost basis, I notice the PR becomes 0 pulak. How come ah? Claire, do you know the answer?

ReplyDeleteOnce upon a time I had 2 blogs with pr5 and another with pr4 but that was once upon a time. Now my only income is peanuts from Mr G himself. Hahaha. Anyway, just keep up what you are doing and you are fine. Mr G likes those who update often. I have not had the chance to blog hop recently, my reader is full. I have about 480 unread pages and 88 of it is from you! lol So keep it up and in no time you will be shaking your booties lah.
