Cornish, Brownie And The Rice

"What did you eat tonight, Mi?" A daily question... a conversation between a son and a mother on skype almost every night...

"We ate something very simple, you will not believe it... "

My girl is a small eater... SO AM I .... (koff.. kofff...believe it or not.. ) Both of us don't take in quantities... only in small portions and what we took for dinner last night, its a wonder that both of us were actually Full....
(recycled picture for demonstration purposes)
I went to Secret Recipe to buy a Chicken Cornish
Both of us shared that....
and a piece of chocolate brownie walnut cake...
came back, heat the brownie cake for 20 seconds...
and put a big scoop of BR ice cream ... (2 scoops actually!)
"Faster take picture la, Mi... ice cream melting jor lo... "
THAT WAS OUR DINNER LAST NIGHT!
kind of weird, right?

But tonight yours truly is back to normal...
She cook rice, pan fried a piece of salmon
cut some garlic, onions...
fried 3 eggs, add some mixed vege...
and ......
PRESTO!!
SALMON FISH FRIED RICE!
EAT WHILE IT'S HOT!!   :)

  7. I am not surprised loh, coz the Cornish Pie is really huge, good enough to feed two. With the big piece of brownie and 2 large scoops of ice-cream, sure full one... (for ladies only)

  15. The dinner is not really simple. It was heavy in calories. I have low matabolisme rate, I dare not take this combination as my dinner.
