Brought forward.......... it was nearly 2pm when my friends turned up again for lunch.... this time we went to a small town called Chemor, an half hour drive from my place ....
It has been many years since I last came to Chemor...
I am not familiar with this town at all... "Please lead the way... "
My girl and I were taken to this shop here...
Heard that it is always crowded during lunch time...
Thank goodness it was almost two when we reached.. so no crowd...
Heard it is famous for their seafood noodles...
Filled with three prawns, crabs, clam shells (lala)... fish slices...
I ordered meehoon without crabs...
Love the soup because it tasted of wine and secondly, it is "oil-less"
My girl opted for their famous "pan mee"
Another not to be missed are the fish balls and "wan ton"
Something different from the ones we have in Ipoh here...
ahhh...this soup is unlike my soup... this one is more "oily"
Ok, now the "Guess What?"
What do you think the hands are doing?
Anyone can make a wild guess? :)
As for the food, I wouldn't mind coming by again ...
7 bowls plus the sidedish plus drinks only cost RM41.00!!
Super cheap!
Whoa!! look VERY delcious. When I am in Ipoh, please take me there. I want crab for sure.

Tapioca always comes to mind whenever I hear of Chemor. Geography was my fav subject in school then, and I remembered that Chemor was highlighted then. The price sure was cheap. I'm glad that lil' towns still have these food treasures. :)
