But I was a bit embarrassed because my house was in a mess and I didn't really had time to tidy up... If I have known earlier, I would quickly cleaned up a bit here and there.. LOL.. that taught me a lesson, I must tidy my house daily and not wait till weekends!
So excited I was with the guests that I forgotten where I put my car keys and all was fine after some walking up and down looking for them and finally finding them in the passenger seat behind! After some "distribution of property"(you know, Kathy is always the generous donor!), we left for our dinner in Crab House... on our way there, I picked up Elin who was anxiously waiting... (sorry for the delay!)
Remember the lobster in the previous post? It ended up here ....
WK requested it to be steamed...
and the chef did it this way... ginger with egg white...
garnished with spring onions...

first time for me tasting such a "giant" lobster!
Really good.... hmmmmm....
then we had this cute little thing wrapping up "village chicken"
this dish has to be ordered in advance...
if you like to eat the "wrapper" and meat with gingko nuts,
then this dish is not to be missed..
WK also requested for sea cucumbers with mushrooms...
Well, it is my favourite dish too!!
love the sea cucumber lots!
and to balance up the meal, a claypot of vegetables..
THANK YOU, WK & KATHY!
