Local Food Paradise Along Purvis Street, Singapore

Coming back to my Singapore trip, we reached the Changi airport around 7pm and AA was waiting for us at the arrival hall... took a cab to our hotel, it cost around $26sg for a 15 minutes drive and also the extra charge was after certain hours...
no... we did not check in here...
This is Raffles Hotel..
My son told me that Prince William and Kate stayed there recently...
We only walked pass this hotel on the way to our dinner at
Chin Chin Eating House along Burvis Street..
It was crowded when we arrived and less when we finished our meal around 9pm...
I think the locals come here for food ...
our dinner consist of sambal kangkung
bitter gourd with omelet...
Curry Fish Head...
Fried fish and shrimps paste....
and the meal came to around $52sg inclusive of drinks....
After such a heavy meal, we had to take some exercise..
and the best is to walk and walk..... along Marina Bay Sands....
