Proper Equipment For Functions

Besides issuing out payments each day, my office has other functions to work on as well.  There are a few events which involves all the staff to cooperate and produce a good performance.  We need to start from "scratch" to the real event day, so many meetings to hold and dedication of tasks.  One of the tasks I was designated lately was to put up a backdrop relating to the function.  It sounds easy but without the proper equipment, it made things tough.  It is beneficial to have tools in hand such as one utility knife, for a small knife, it has so many functions that makes craftwork so much easier to be done.
