Finally.... I can wash my hair today!! They feel so "GOOD" now.... hahahaa.....
For four days my hair stood at a standstill... I was advised not to wash my hair for four days!! Oh gosh, I was thinking how to "survive" with unwashed hair since Saturday...and this evening four days later, I had a good time "scrubbing".. "massaging" my hair and scalp.... felt so wonderful even at the time of the Big Wash... all the chemical smell coming out from the hair... aikss!!
What am I babbling about? Nothing wrong with me, surely... hahahaa...
Just that I did some straightening on my hair and this hair stylist asked me not to wash my hair for FOUR whole days so that it will be more effective.... (sidenote: don't always get our hair done "unnaturally... too much chemical is hazardous)
I can sense the men shaking their heads... and ladies, what are we up to next...for the love of beauty... LOL...

U kidding me, right? I've never heard of that. Over here, stylist just say don't wash hair for a day. I usually wash the very next day & it's still quite lasting.

ReplyDeleteI couldn't tell any difference, your hair always looks very good to me. I know the feeling, going without a shower or bath for many days in the hospital. The nurse's aid came in one day and gave me a dry hair wash, then covered my head for a few minutes with a big shower cap and massaged something in...it smelled horrible! My hair ended up worse than before.

OOhh I have been through that! But usually the stylist tells me not to wash for 1-2 days. Not up to 4 days!~ I don't think I can tahan 4 days without washing hair! But hey, the more important question is, show us the pic of your new hair! :)

a part that I don't like doing my hair on chemical is that we cannot wash hair for some time!! glad it's over and you now smell fresh again..

ReplyDeleteI also plan to perm and highlight my hair for CNY but the thought of sitting longer hour in salon and the idea of cannot wash hair for 3 -4 days put it on hold.....for now. But when we women want to look good on special occasion, we will get down to do it irregardless of our complaints.
Rose, I agree with you.. but i think i dont want to do that again.. this time if i do, I will only wait one day.. hahaha.. cannot stand the smell on my pillow.. hahaha...
