It was very sunny this morning when Mary came to fetch us to go for a day trip. We shouted "Hurray" from the hotel room... but the minute when we were inside the car, it became cloudy... and along the way, it started to rain.. but thank God it was just a drizzle...
Ok, forget about the trip first.. I left my camera in Mary's car this evening when we got back from out trip...(that is ME!) so I guess the pictures can only be uploaded till I see her again tomorrow... Really Mary is Merry... so very nice of her to take us here and there... :) Thank you Mary!
Fast forword to this evening... Aaron joined us for dinner this evening and we went to Frankie & Benny's for western food...
The food above displayed how BIG eaters we are, right!
Each meal cost around 5 pounds that comes with
A starter, main course and a dessert.
Not too bad actually if you do not convert to our "ringgit"..
Ok, I am exhausted now... goodnite!!
(Something is very wrong with this laptop I am using, I cannot enlarge the pictures above.... )
Aaron's in Scotland, not in Singapore anymore. Doing his Masters or PhD there?
ReplyDeleteYa, the UK's unpredictable weather... Can be quite miserable sometimes, really. It can get so very wet.
My daughter just came back from UK 2 days ago and this is exactly what she told me, very unpredictable weather. Hope you have a wonderful time over there.
ReplyDeleteeven if converted to RM, £5 is not expensive at all for a 3-course meal.. come to KL and with such restaurant and such portion, probably it is RM50, even more expensive!!

ReplyDeleteNow I think I prefer Wagamama....hehe. We went there once. We were told to come back in 30 minutes cos no seats available. When we got our seats after 30 minutes, we had to wait another about 30 minutes for the food. By that time we were so hungry! Never been back there again.
