The pain on my back right is now "thumping" me... plaster after plaster I put to relieve the pain but to no avail. Yoko Ono also didn't do it right either....I just came back from my badminton session and hope no more pain tomorrow...

haiyo, this year doesn't seem good to you, you have been hurting yourself often huh?? leg and now your back.. must be more careful, especially when it comes to lifting heavy things.. lower down your body as much as you can.. hope you are feeling better now.. :)

Hope you are feeling better now. Even the young have to be careful when lifting heavy things. Cannot bend the back but must bend the knees to carry heavy things or else the backbone will suffer.
