Moral Of The Story: Slow Down, Woman...

My back is "killing" me.... I must have sprained it somewhere... and I suddenly recalled that it must be due to the two giant 5KG of Labour detergent I bought  in Jaya Jusco.  In each hand I suddenly lifted up the 2 Big Detergent bottles that weighed a total of 10KG... it was all too sudden... from the floor I just bend down and lifted them up...... and ......  now I am facing the consequences.

The pain on my back right is now "thumping" me... plaster after plaster I put to relieve the pain but to no avail.  Yoko Ono also didn't do it right either....I just came back from my badminton session and hope no more pain tomorrow...

AIYAK!!
my poor back after being "spooned" to take out the "wind" ...

Moral of the story:  Don't do things hastily at my age... no more like a springy chicken...

  3. Same like SK, please take good care for yourself ya. Erm, I think full body massage is better for you to relief the wind from your body. Try Malay Urut lady. It will help. Or else this coming Raya Holiday fly to Bangkok.... for massage.

  7. Good grief!!! You are staying alone, aren't you? Get your son to come home and work in Ipoh... Never mind if the pay is smaller, at least there'll be someone at home to keep you company and take care of you...and he's staying and eating at home - expenses will be a whole lot less.

  18. Hope you are feeling better now. Even the young have to be careful when lifting heavy things. Cannot bend the back but must bend the knees to carry heavy things or else the backbone will suffer.
