Okay, what did I order to make the meal rock?
First came the noodles.... I took the white...
my friend took the yellow with fresh beansprouts as toppings...
and some fish balls varieties...
and lastly and not least, the most wanted dish came....
FISH HEAD CURRY IN CLAYPOT!
so much liew inside...
long beans, beancurd (taufoo pok), okra, prawns and fish!
That was really one heavy meal for the both of us....
Not really into spicy food... once awhile it is fine.... right?
So anyone wants to go rocking here?
Jom!! Let's Rock!
Are you sure you can eat the fish head curry now? It makes me drooled seeing all the goodies inside. Taugeh looks fat and juicy. Yummy!!!... Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteThe food doesn't look very 'rock' to me :p
ReplyDeleteBut the curry looks hot!
Only the curry fish head attracted me...
ReplyDeleteI like how crunchy and juicy taugeh in Ipoh, but why was the Bee Hoom has a mix of white and black color? They did not stir them well enough?
ReplyDeleteIrene: i took what i could only... Very restricted.. Lol
ReplyDeleteHayley: prefer the real rock and roll, right? :)
Sharon: if go with rice also nice....
ReplyDeleteKen: we need to stir them ourselves...
for this set of meal perhaps i would stick on the first one haha, it seems yummy to me
ReplyDeletefuyoh mak datin oi!! that claypot curry fish head!! see the curry gravy almost oozing out from the pot lah, haha, so appetizing only!! actually i only eat those veggie and toufu pok, and the gravy also lah, but can make me have two bowls of rice~~ :p
ReplyDeleteMecoy: u dont like curry?:)
ReplyDeleteSk: yes very hoi wai with rice....
I would love the okra, long beans, bean curd and fish but not the gravy.
ReplyDelete"Let's Rock" sounds like the name of a disco, wouldn't have guessed it is a restaurant. I like to eat all the vege in the fish head curry.
ReplyDeleteI would go for both of those yummy looking noodle dishes!
ReplyDeleteDidn't know that Let's Rock means restaurant. What a name aye. :D
ReplyDeleteYou know, I always heard that the reason Ipoh beansprouts are so huge is coz of the water (whether it's limestone water tables or alkaline water, I don't know). :)
ReplyDeleteThey have even started selling alkaline water bak zhang here!
wenn: so we are not spicy lovers! :)
ReplyDeletemun: vegetarian curry is not bad too!
ginny: smart if you do not like spicy.. hahaha..
ReplyDeletetekkaus: yes, I agree with you!
HB: alkaline bah chang? oh, something new I heard... never try it before..
