Working Out At Perak's Outdoor Gymnasium And Warm-Up Track

After work I went to pick up my sister to go for our walking routine in Polo Ground. But on second thoughts, I made a detour to Perak Stadium instead... my motive is to walk a couple of rounds there and after which, we could drop by at the Ramadan Bazaar held at the stadium. See, killing two birds with one stone... exercise and dinner, both at the same place!

Actually both of us were pretty surprised to find that the Kompleks Belia Dan Sukan Perak (Youth and Sports Complex) has a nice walking path.... not only that, there are some gym equipment for the use of the public.... What a nice surprise!  That shows I have not been here for how-many-years already?!  My sister and I were happy to see these outdoor gym equipment here and we hope that these equipment will not be misused or vandalized in any way....
Lovely, right?
One feels like walking on a clean pathway....
Next we tried out the exercise equipment there....
I was like "hey, how to use this.. how to do that?"
Slowly does it....
I don't want to sprain any of my bones...
Ahhhhhhhh......
Sooner or later there will be a Muscular Reanaclaire somewhere!
My sister had a good time too.....
Now my turn.... pull the bars together...
and I will be "lifted"....
This is fun walking....
One has to be careful though..
Don't take large steps... do accordingly.....
After all the "work-out", I went for a Two Rounds walk ....
*sweat*
I am so happy that I discovered this nice place this evening...
No need to go all the way to Polo Ground...
The Youth Sports Complex here is good enough...
Will certainly come by here more often...
(hopefully not just hearsay! hahahaa....)

  2. At our age we need to exercise to remain strong and healthy always. It would be good if you can use that free gym everyday! Claire BOLEH!

  3. The place is so clean and quiet. Only the two of you there. Very rare to see gym equipments at stadium. The morale of the story is exercise more and eat more too, hehehe!!..

  4. Please take it easy and not exercise too hard as you have just recovered from shingles. Light exercise will do.

  12. I am so glad you are now well enough to exercise! and this walking path is really beautiful with the palm trees and lovely building. Only thing-they need to tape a paper to the equipment with instructions!
