After work, I drove to a sundry shop to get some fresh eggs and then I adjourned to a ..... DURIAN STALL!! Cravings.... Cravings!! I got two XO durians for RM39! Good deal, good deal when the cravings is there, even the high price will not deter me from buying....
Back home, quickly prepared all the necessary ingredients... garlic, big onions, chinese sausages (lap cheong) and Four eggs.... Andy, on the other hand, opened up the durians and laid them on the table... both of us devoured a few seeds before our dinner... irresistible!
No, I didn't fry my rice with durians, of course...
though the title of the post seems to be so... LOL...
Now I am wondering how it would taste like
IF I mashed up the durian flesh and mix it with the rice.... hmmmm...
Well, have anyone tried it yet?
After all, it goes well with the glutinous rice, right?
Anyway, both Andy and I had a Great Dinner...we had...
Fried RiceWith Durians!! LOL...
