Flower Dome And Marina Bay, Singapore

We continued walking our way by the Gardens By The Bay, skipping past some paths. It was almost evening then, the air was more cooling.... and along the pathway, this is a common sight....

The scenery is beautiful especially the reflections by the lake...
We couldn't help not taking a family picture before we left...
and continued our walk to the Flower Dome...
The lanterns are decorated in conjunction to the Mid-Autumn Festival....
Much were seen but not taken by my camera....
(I was sort of puffing then... LOL...)

To my surprise, there are some drinking utilities for one to quench the thirst... very good idea, at least the water is free and Singapore water is safe to drink....
What do you see here???
SILVER GIANT ANTS!!  aaahhhhhh.....
Fascinating!
Soon we reached the souvenir shop...
We didn't enter the Flower Dome... that comes with an entrance fee
Since we are not nature lovers, we skipped that...
and off we walked towards the mall... outside only...
over here, we take 5.... (rest my weary legs)
Then we continued walking... another beautiful design....
Spiral-walkway...
when one jumps, the vibrations can be felt beneath our feet...
Soon we reached the MRT station....
Again I rested my tired bones...
But not for long....
We did not take the MRT back to the hotel...
Instead we continued walking since Aaron said it was not too far...
er.... not too far means another half hour walk!
OK, no problem....
When I think of FOOD awaiting for us,
surely the walking is NOT a problem anymore!
LOL...

  3. Good to know that they are providing free drinking water to tourists. I guess i am not visiting SG too soon, at least have to wait until the gap between RM and SGD becomes smaller :p

  4. If it is not too hot, then it should be nice to walk. So you got a lot of exercise during your vacation in Singapore. Very good.
