In Grandma's Raffles City Mall And Myolie Wu's Drink

From Marina Bays we walked to Raffles Mall to have our dinner in Grandma's.....yes, the name of the restaurant is called Grandma... From the name mentioned, I suppose the dishes are authentically cooked like those during the olden days.

This is the second time I have been to Grandma's and I wouldn't mind going for the third time because I have not tried the Claypot Fish Curry!  I saw a few tables ordering that dish because when the dish was served, it was a Big Giant Claypot!  But what we ordered came out the Mini Sized... LOL....
Mini-sized Claypot Honey Chicken....
(if not mistaken)
Mini sized Signature Beancurd with Brown Mushrooms...
Mini sized Okra with Sambal...
This is pretty good... only too small a portion...
Otak-Otak is not too bad either....
Part of the dishes.... wonder what Andy was thinking then...
(enough or not?)  LOL....
As we walked back, we passed by a 7-11 outlet and my girl exclaimed.. "Mom, the drink!!"
Immediately I recognized it as the "promoted drink" in the Hongkong TVB series "Triumph Of The Skies 2"... this drink was promoted by Summer Koo Ha Sun (Myolie Wu) during the series.... her favourite drink..  Feeling curious, I got a bottle to try.... hmmm... the taste is for oldies like me... not so sweet and.... well, nothing to shout about really...  but I have satisfied my curiosity paying a price of $3SG (RM7.50) ... hahahaa....

  22. Haha, in KL there is a restaurant called Grandmama's. Not sure whether it is as good as the Grandma restaurant you ate at. I was wondering what Myolie Drink because I did not watch that TVB series. You must enjoyed spending time with all your children on this holiday.
