Alright... excitement over... back to my Singapore trip...
From the airport, we took a cab to Ibis Hotel in Bencoolen Street...
I feel I am older now...
Cos my kids have taken over my duties...
They can do all the registration from now on....
It's time for me to rest....and....
Relax.... like this... .
or this way....
or how about this position...
Whatever... it is great to be here....
.... in Ibis Hotel, Singapore.... the chain hotels are all over...
I forgot to take some pictures of the room...
Ours is twin size bed...
Well, how did we manage to sleep???
Somehow ... we managed to squeeze in... our 4 pairs of feet!
I know Bencoolen Street. Nice hotel, new, I guess... Last time, one only - same name as the street, dunno still there or not.
ReplyDeleteHow much 1 night? They allow all 4 of u to squeeze in one room?

once my son left my phone in the car and I thought he took my phone. I called and my girl heard the ringing tone from the car but the phone was not easy to be found. It has dropped right under the sofa of the car..
ReplyDeleteHP in car huh... well i guess it happens :p
ReplyDeleteYou left your hp in the car? So dangerous lo! Luckily it was still there when you realize it...
ReplyDeleteWow, your many sitting poses are really "gaya". The IBIS hotel looks very nice. Their chain is all over the world, I stayed in the IBIS chain in Copenhagen and found it quite nice but yours look really nice.
ReplyDeleteClaire, you look SO cute in the awesome modern furniture!!!
ReplyDeleteGood choice of hotel because it is near to the main shopping area ie. Bugis Junction and Bugis Plus.
ReplyDeletewenn: mine was covered with the cushion cos maybe morning time i went to buy something, i hid it there.. sigh..
ReplyDeleteken: cos never took handbag that morning...
hayley: yeah..still there.. hahaa..
ReplyDeletemun: not the 5 star but at least clean and comfy... can fit us 4! hahaha...
ginny: thanks!!
ReplyDeletelibby: yes, behind only.. got food court already..
Nice pose. Looks like model, hehehe.Wow, dangerous to leave your phone in the car. If at parking lot, people saw it sure smash your car window. Anyway you are lucky.
ReplyDeleteWonder is it STP coming to SG, hehe...
ReplyDeleteirene: the hp was beneath my cushion.. yeah, Thank God..
ReplyDeletesharon: oh, you have to ask him.. :)
Hello Miss Colgate lady! You are smart to stay at Ibis which I discovered has the best value for money deals. The last time I stayed in a cheap hotel which was just slightly cheaper than IBIS but had no windows!!!! Hell me and I regretted so much as that nice looking hotel fooled me!! They never mentioned no windows whatsoever. They told me all the rooms were fully booked so I had to sleep in windowless rooms.
ReplyDeleteSingapore hotel rooms quite expensive compared to Malaysia's. Ibis Bencoolen is a nice hotel situated in a convenient location. I stayed for a night. Room is too small for me. :)
ReplyDeleteI saw Ibis hotel chains when I was trying to make booking for our visit to singapore in May this year..At the end we stayed at People's Park apartment with 3 rooms to accommodate 3 families..the apartment is a bit old but convenient. Base on you recommendation I will try Ibis hotel for our next trip to Singapore.
ReplyDeleteTM: oh, i think i would feel very suffocated psychologically! This one is not bad... walking distance to Makan too!!
ReplyDeleteeastcoast: yes..not so spacious but we can get along with it! :)
Agnes: a bit small but me and my kids don't really mind.. :)
ReplyDeleteclaire..sometimes we wouldn't mind squeezing in with the kids..heart warming moment..haha
ReplyDeleteLuckily Parlor mali feet not HongKong feet haha (typing with one hand the other squeezing my nose hehe)
ReplyDeleteNice! I've stayed in Ibis before, but not the Singapore one coz I have my sister there. They're a huge chain right? I can't remember where I've stayed but it's at least two places and one of them is Bali!
ReplyDeleteling: yeah..cos sooner or later, we cannot squeeze into them.. hahahaa...
ReplyDeletebananaz: you are really hilarious!! I like!! hahahaa...
HB: course you dont remember, you stayed in so many places before already! :) But this one really not too bad.. good location...
For a budget traveller like me, it's very hard for me to find a cheap hotel in Singapore that comes with good location and clean. My mom also like you. I do the registration thing while she relax at the sofa. Hahaha.
