The name of the restaurant... Kim's Dakgalbi meaning Chicken BBQ
It is situated along Jalan Medan Ipoh 1B, Medan Ipoh Bistari, Ipoh
The tables and the equipment were imported directly from Korea.... 
We were served by the Korean couple themselves....
We were their first customers before the shop is even opened....
This is how it goes......
First dish with the vegetables and chicken meat....
After one round, they added noodles....
When that was finished, the rice was next!!
Imagine how "bloated" our stomach was then.... LOL....
But worry not, the condiments here is to neutralize what we had eaten.... 
All these while, husband and wife team entertained us with their Korean slant and dialogue...
And I learn a new word... Hadi.. hadi...
Next comes the soup! 
Healthy food.. oil-less soup.... 
OH OH..... anyone loves these????
My friends just popped one after another into their mouth.... hmmmmm....

She kept calling me to "Hadi" her.....

ReplyDeleteNot a fan of Korean or Japanese food but their food are mostly very healthy. "Hadi" reminds me of my ex-college....our office boy.

I hope you tell us next time what Hadi is! I think it means to get served with a plate of food, or to pass the food. Looks like you had such fun! What is that in the soup, it looks like eggs...
ReplyDeleteYou will walk out of there smelling like some thing form their BBQ hot plate... Don't see the suction thing to suck out all the smoke.
ReplyDeleteWow lots of food you had.. Nice.. Usually will order bibimbap, bugolgi and that eggy soup.. All nice.. But I don't really fancy those side dishes though.. Sometimes more than 8 types, not all are nice.. One thing I don't like is my hair will stink after a Korean meal, due to the bbq-ing and all.. But other than that, I like :)
