We were given a warm welcome once we came out of the 3rd floor lift....
Greetings of Welcome were echoed in Korean...
Made us feel very ... er... welcomed... :p
A different type of Korean food... very different from the one I posted earlier...
I like the way they cook this "nien koe".... the sauce is very nice... sweet and appetizing...
I ate a lot of greens to neutralize the BBQ....
I ate a lot of greens to neutralize the BBQ....
Nice Food... Wonderful Company!
After coming back from this trip,
I had gums problem....
Now I know the reason why....
And I have no regrets....
hhmmmm......
Ahhhhh!!!! Good! Good! Got the exhaust pipe. Our Korean place here does not have so we would go home smelling like something we had barbecued. Tsk! Tsk!
ReplyDeleteI am sure these type of cooking needs the pipe to suck out the smoke or whatever.. otherwise fire brigade will come.... :)
DeleteI like their food too but chased away by the price tags :P
ReplyDeletehahahaa.. .Ken, I know what you mean!
DeleteToo much of BBQ thing. Not really into Korean food. Normally, they are spicy, sweet & sour taste.
ReplyDeleteIrene, I can relate to you on this actually.. :)
Deleteoh Daorae!! at first I blur blur read as Doraemon, hahaha.. anyway, have been to it's outlet in Sri Hartamas and the food are nice, thought I would usually go to another restaurant in Taman Desa if I want to have Korean BBQ.. haha, yes, booking is recommended especially if you are going in a big group for some events.. if casual makan, just walk in and try your luck :)
ReplyDeleteHaha you are funny la SK! So sensitive to the word Dao...... meh? :p
DeleteSK, you are a Big fan of Doraemon... this will never change.. my son love Patrick from Spongebob and my girl loves Winnie the Pooh... hahahaa...
DeleteBeen to Daorae once, the one at Penang, their service was quite good!!
ReplyDeleteOf course, food is ok too!
Once awhile ok... very fattening..hahaa...
DeleteAuntie Reana really enjoy life now. Come to JB again la.
ReplyDeleteDont worry, I will be going soon!!
DeleteHow is your gums now? Hope they are healed already.
ReplyDeleteThey are better.. burst already.. now keep on rinsing with salt too..
DeleteLooks very special and fun! What is the tall silver cylinder?
ReplyDeleteThat's the suction to suck out the smoke...so everyone sitting around eating will not end up smelling like something they've just barbecued on the stove...

hahahaa... Arthur is very worried on the cylinder thingy... hahaa..
DeleteNot all Korean restaurants have those things so at the end of the dinner, all of your clothes will be very smelly. Same thing if you have a BBQ...and you're the one doing all the cooking by the BBQ pit. It's good that this one has that.
DeleteThis make me miss Korean food le....
ReplyDeleteOh, you must be very young... cos my kids love them too!
DeleteChris ask to go JB again, me is ask you to come SG again, kakaka...
ReplyDeleteSee Sharon...Claire is welcomed everywhere ...LOL
DeleteYeah Yeah... even in Sibu! hahahaa... so nice!
