Then my girl gave me an idea indirectly... during the few months she was home, she did her workouts every alternate days using her laptop. And I didn't even follow what she did cos her workouts were too strenuous for me.... Her workouts were fast and furious ones, I'm afraid I would collapse following her type! LOL....
After she left, I took over what she did.... now I do these exercises "quite" regularly.....
I started with Jane Fonda aerobics for beginners... ahemmm....
I don't think I could collapse with her slow moves...
So far... so good.. no aches...
Today I tried this...
Jane Fonda Fat Burning Latin Dance Workout....
A combination of reggae, mambo, cha-cha.. all in one!
It was only 10 minutes... I couldn't get enough.. and I put repeat....
Eventually 20 minutes... and I was sweating profusely!
I LIKE IT!!
Jane Fonda? Gosh!!! That was so long ago. Does she still look like this?

DeleteYeah, dancing exercise is good and truly it helps to burn off the fats. I did join one and doing it every morning for half an hour at the park near our area. It helps to sweat out and you will find yourself very energentic after sweating.
