Souvenirs And Dumplings In Kampong Koh, Sitiawan

After our lunch, we went to "Tai Pak Kung San" ... my friend wanted to go there to look see look see... The blind seems to lead the blind... the four of us did not know the way, just follow the sign board and somehow after some turnings, we managed to find it... LOL...
Souvenir shop...
One of us started to buy a hat....
And eventually all of us bought the same thing!
Only RM12 each...
Shaded us against the hot sun at least....
hahahahaa..
And talking about souvenirs, wonder if they have edwin jagger here...
I was impressed by Jackie Chan caricature here...
I wonder why they used his image for toilet sign...
Anyone can give me a good reason? :)
My first time wearing this tee... and probably the last...
hahahahaa....
Bought it in US last time and never wore it before till now...
Any more teasing, I will chuck it back into the cupboard....
Next... we went to this shop called Yee Si....
Heard this shop is famous for its dumplings...
Open at 3.30pm, we were told....
Many fresh dumplings to choose from.....
We tried a few types only cos we were very full then...
There and then they cut up the dumplings to serve the patrons...
I like the peanuts pau best.... bought a few home....
We were told this is Hockchew Pau....
Layers of peanuts...
Only 90 sen each....
Yee Si is very easy to locate...
Just next to the Maybank at Kampong Koh.

  10. Wonder why Jacky Chan was painted on the wall? Any motif? I don't think I ever come across peanut pao. Most commin would be char siew, tausa, minced meat & veg, pao. And you do look cute with the angry bird T shirt & hat.
