One fine morning my BIL showed me... or should I say.... he taught me how to make pancakes with these ingredients shown here... oh, the butter is missing.. it is one of the essential items not to be missed cos it is so "buttery" and it kind of "fattens" us up for one reason or another... hahahaa...
Maybe I will get a box of Bisquick and Maple Syrup and put them in my suitcase.....
Three cups of flour, 2 cups of fresh milk, two eggs and we are ready to go!
The iron cast pan is super heavy no doubt.. I need two hands to carry it to the sink....
It has to be washed with corn oil and salt on low fire...
I think I wouldn't want to use that... too troublesome for lazy people like me..
hahahaha...
But it helps to make good nice pancakes without putting in olive oil each time...
That's my pancake done for me!
Lots of maple syrup and fresh fruits.... and of course the butter!
It just melts and melts....
Alright, one is definitely not enough...
I ended up taking three... Oh No!
Maybe it is due to the hard labour at the ranch...
I eat like a "Cowgirl" now for sure!!
Looks good. We may have this here, or Betty Crocker's. I always make mine from scratch, fresh ingredients.
ReplyDeleteI have never make pancake on my own before...
ReplyDeletePlease lah, 3 pancakes is NORMAL for US standards. Cowgirl will eat a lot of meats, on top of a lot of pancakes! XD
ReplyDeletePancakes look really good.. I only use chepo non stick pan bought from Aeon, hehe..
ReplyDeleteI always loved pancakes with butter and honey. The more fattening is the better!
ReplyDeleteAt our age, I think we just eat and get fat is okay so long as our body readings are all
at safe levels.
Nice pancake. Easy & hassle free. Definitely, on piece is not enough for me too.
ReplyDeleteNicely made! I love pancake too. Just butter and maple syrup would do.
ReplyDeleteI love to eat pancakes! Light ones and even rich ones like yours!
ReplyDeleteOh my, just looking at the pancakes makes me drool....I think 3 not enough for me leh!
