Birthday Dinner At Grand View Restaurant

OUR CHOO CHOO TRAIN TOOK US BACK TO IPOH RIGHT ON TIME and we arrived at the railway at around 5,30pm... From there, we were whisked back to my house and after some fifteen minutes or so, we had to leave for our friend's dinner Grand View Restaurant...
An important dinner which we must attend... 
With or without makeup... or freshening.... 
Oh oh... the cake looks like it is going to burn up soon!
Hahahahaa...

As for our dinner, we ordered something simple since there were only five of us...
"Siew Loong Choy" as it is called with some beansprouts and mushrooms...
Some steamed fish without "make-up" yet....
And after some "sauce" on them....
Makes a lot of difference on the flavour and appearance....
Longevity noodles for the birthday girl....
And the Curry Chicken Bun is their signature dish....
It certainly blends very well with the thick curry chicken...
Big enough to feed ten people...
With just a few dishes, the bill came to RM124...

Hope you enjoyed the dinner as much as we did....

    Happy Blessed Birthday to Shereen. It has been a long time since I had this chicken curry bun. My 1st time having it was in PD. I quite like it though. With that price I think you can get very nice food in Sibu.

    Guess you girls put too many candles on the cake, so that's why...next time put one, should just look great (but of course depends on the birthday girl mind the number or not la, hehe!! As for me, the lesser is the best, haha)

    wah, just like a VVIP celebrity rushing for appointments one after another, haha.. from KL straight to Ipoh you had non-stop breakfast, lunch and dinner appointments, so popular dei.. the noodles looks good, but would the fish be a little too "precious" ah?? i think there were just about 10 pieces and each of you only had two.. oh, Happy Birthday to Shereen :)

      Yes, memang precious! Eating in restaurant is very expensive.. better to eat in normal shops...

      You can cook the curry yourself and then buy fresh buns.. hahahaha

    Adui...susah wanna order that vege, Some restaurant call it siew loong choy...some call it cheng(green) loong choy....If ask me order i will end up thell the waiter i want the green vege something something loong choy :p
