There were eight of us last night and we ordered the following dishes to eat to our hearts' content...
Five dishes in total....
3 cups chicken... I really do not know why it is called like this....
To me the difference is there are basil leaves added to the oyster ginger chicken....
Everyone loves this dish...
Fried Pumpkin with Salted Eggs...
Ching Loong Choy.....
Prefer it without the bean sprouts but then can be very expensive then...
I like their Assam Nyonya with seafood....
But more gravy will be better!
Steamed 3 types eggs... my son's favourite...
And red beans dessert is on the house....
Bill came to RM150....
And one for the album before we left....
Ooopssss....
Something supposed to be hidden is revealed...

Delete3 cups chicken = cooked with 1 cup Chinese rice wine, 1 cup pork lard/sesame oil, 1 cup soy sauce. Of course nowadays depends on the portion cooked, not exactly 1 cup of each is used anymore. :)
ReplyDeleteOh like that... wah... pooi fook you!
DeleteGosh! I love all the dishes!
