Family Lunch At New Cheow Sang, Taman Mayang Jaya

WHEN IT COMES TO BAK KUT TEH, my brother never fails to bring us to New Cheow Sang at Taman Mayang Jaya.  He loves to come here for the BKT, steamed fish and their beancurd sauce fish.  Heard that the fish cooked here are specially tasty for their sauce, for spicy lovers, this is one place I would recommend.  Each time we go to his place, he never fails to take us here... :)

Their signature dishes are shown on the wall.....
Sorry, no meat floating upwards...
No time to dig out and take picture...
No time... too hungry...
hahahaa...
Greens to go along...
Stewed Porky...
Best of all, the steamed fish....
The garnishing and the sauce is just fabulous!
The "Sai Toe" fishballs....
Alright, nothing to shout about for this one....
But it is like a Must-Order dish too..
Lastly and not least... Fish head with the spicy sauce...
A Must-Order Dish too!

Not so sure about the price for this meal....
I only know that the "fish" dishes carried a lot of "weight" on the bill...

Anyway, it was a very scrumptious lunch....
Thank you, Brother!

  5. Eh, high 5! Once a month, we will go to this place also for lunch.. My sitaupoh and office people like here very much, but not cheap.. We usually order the "cheong ching" fish, fried "little" fish and bak kut teh.. I can eat so much rice with the fish gravy..
