Then suddenly I remember one bungalow along the Canning Garden main road has been turned to a beauty center just recently. I remember seeing the banner advertising that first timers are only charged RM39 for a facial and some treatment. OK, the pricing is not too bad so both of us set out heartily, hoping that the promotion is still valid.
Yes, it is still on.... Great! Upon entering, we were being served with hot red dates tea. Briefly, we were being told on what we were going to receive for that price of RM39. Four process in all...
Firstly, we have to wash our legs in a hot salted tub....
We have all 5 to 10 minutes to do our OWN scrubbing...
Next... get ready to be cleansed on the face and some shoulder massage....
That took more than an hour process...
What to expect after so many long months of not being "pearled"...
After the facial and massage, we were told to "inhale" some kind of lemongrass...
And were also served with hot ginger and lemongrass tea....
hmmmmm... very fragrant, I like!
And the main highlight of this promotion is this...
Fish Spa... or should I say Geli Spa....
And it was Most Gelish!!
My girl didn't feel "geli" or creepy being "kissed" by these hoard of fishes....
Very steady, she put her leg down to be eaten kissed for at least 10 minutes!
As for me, I am the Real Loser...
I could NOT even last 10 seconds being bitten kissed by these hungry fishes....
After the pictures were taken, I quickly put up my legs....
I was imagining "Piranha" the movie...
So how was the feeling actually?
I really don't know how to explain...
Something like being kissed all over the legs by aliens!
*hahahahahaa*
I know how it feels!! Geli!!
ReplyDeleteTried the fish spa in Pattaya. I tried not to pull my feet up. So miserable in my 15 minutes fish spa while hubby was laughing at me and did not feel anything. I guess his sole is thicker than me. Lol.
RM39 for all those? Cheap.
Only for the first time... after this, price changes liow.. hahaha...
DeleteEeeeee.....

DeleteThe links sent by STP are the reasons I don't dare to go for this fish spa treatment.
DeleteThen better don't go... in case can get infected..
DeleteHa ha...no thank you to the geli fish kisses. Whatever kind of massage is geli for me!
ReplyDeleteTicklish no doubt...
DeleteNice to bond with your nui nui over facial n massage. Is this d place that uses Dermalogica?
ReplyDeleteNo, this place is herbaline..
DeleteOh, now I know which one this is 😊
DeleteHahahah..am same as you. I also beh tahan the geli-ness. You better than me. Can tahan 10seconds for photo. I am scared to cat. Ya lo . I recall the piranha movie.
ReplyDeletehahahaa... we use our imagination too much!
DeleteHahaha, I have never been for a facial all my life and don't intend to go for one. Good that you and your daughter go for some nice activities together.
ReplyDeleteGood for you... at least you don't have to spend money on these facials..
DeleteDid they persuade you to sign package, etc after everything is done?
ReplyDeleteNo, they did not..
DeleteYes, they do the fish kissing in our country, too. Supposed to eat only the dead skin and leave the soft good skin alone. You are very brave to suffer fish eating your feet for your blog!
ReplyDeleteThis is my first time I experienced it and one time is enough.. hahhaa... too ticklish for me..
DeleteNever tried fish massage before, wonder how it feels? I seldom go for facial all my life and I don't really enjoy body massage too (strange right?)
ReplyDeleteI love facial and body massage... that is the trouble.. spend and spend...
DeleteI have always wondered what it is like doing the fish spa. So now I know it is geli feeling, so I also cannot tahan like that.
