Reminded me that my arms are getting flabby and heavy...
But I got to be careful that they don't fall on my poor legs!
After that one hour of those tough tasks, it is time to reward myself...

Went to the Padang Brown food court....
Chose some varieties and here was what I got....
Yes, more greens than meat here...
And a few sticks of these... just a few cos I like the sauce...
A mixture of the peanut sauce and ginger... nice combination....
Fast forward to the evening...
I had this at Kimberley Street...
Very healthy drink.... Fresh milk with Cincau and brown sugar....
I think it is around RM3.50 or RM4.50...
Very refreshing drink.....
Cannot find this in Ipoh as yet...

Do you go to the gym on a regular basis? You are so slim, but I guess we can all use strength training. The food looks very healthy, nothing fried or sugary.

DeleteI like lok lok like that - cook in the clear boiling and dip in your own bowl of peanut sauce and eat - last time in Singapore, also like this, not like the ones in Melaka. Dip in the boiling peanut sauce to cook and eat, not finished and need more sauce, dip again...your saliva with everybody else's...and the boiling sauce reminds me of the mud pools in New Zealand. This way is very much better, I think.

DeleteLoL! Exercise a bit but the reward, omg, so banyak. I try to work out at least 3 times a week too these days. Hitting the big 4-0 soon, metabolism is running really low :(
