Eating Comfortably At Huat's Chicken, Ipoh

UPON REACHING IPOH, our tummies were already growling for food...  It was almost 2pm, supposedly to reach around Ipoh around 1pm but unfortunately, traffic was crawling after the Tapah highway.  It is a bit difficult to find food in Ipoh after 2pm, I really did not have any idea where to eat until my niece suggested eating at Ah Huat's Chicken.  Huh?  Ah Huat?  How come I never heard of this shop, it is near Tesco Ipoh Garden and yet I never heard of it?  How can....

After some pointing of directions left and right by my co-drivers, I finally arrived at the door step of Ah Huat.... Eating steamed chicken and Ipoh Koay Teow in an air conditioned shop is a very welcoming sight especially now the hot weather has arrived in Ipoh!

Sorry, not Ah Huat but just Huat only... Huat Chicken Shop!
Half a chicken for the four of us... RM22
Small portion I was told but enough for me... I do not have to "share" then... LOL...
Ipoh lunch displayed...
Taste wise, not bad...
Total "expenditure" came to around RM42 for 4 persons...
The bonus for this meal is the Air Conditioned Room...
Yes, I wouldn't mind going again... next time!

  7. All the food looks very tasty! Why is it hard to find food after two? Here, people usually eat dinner between 6 P.M. and 8 P.M.
