Fruity Multigrain Bread With Breadmaker

MY GIRL IS A BREAD PERSON... Her Mama is not, she is a rice woman.

If I take bread, there are two reasons.  One, I am too lazy to go out and bread is the only choice at home.  Second, when I am not well and do not feel like eating outside food.  This is the time I will be a "good girl" eating healthy food at home.  Because of my girl, I bought a breadmaker, she can eat one loaf by herself in one day!  Serious!  But of course, our breadmaker is not enormous la.... still, she can take it all by herself, especially when it is freshly baked from the maker.

Last night we decided to do a healthy bread with lots of dry fruits in it.  I love high protein flour but she loves multigrain flour.  Yes, she got her way in the end.  We put in all these ingredients below according to the recipe book provided... and just click #5 for fruit bread....

Ingredients:
160ml of water plus one egg
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 cups multigrain flour/high protein flour
1 1/2 tablespoon oil *I melted the butter*
2/3 yeast
When the beeping sound was heard one hour plus later, I put in the dried fruits and nuts consisting of the below...
Raisin, cranberries and walnuts
And wait till it beeps again another hour later.  All in all, a small loaf of bread took 2.45 minutes around that.  Automatically it will stop by itself when everything is ready.  So convenient.
Almost done.. another 8 minutes...
Done for the night...
We left it in the maker throughout the night....
In the morning, it is still fresh and soft....
All grains flour with fruits and nuts....
That is for our breakfast this morning....
For my girl to take to her workplace...
Yes, there is still remainder for her when she comes back at noon...
Mama surely cannot finish it all....
Most I can take is one or two pieces the most!
Missing Chee Cheong Fun now....
