Are You Having Trouble Keeping Your Kids Entertained?

Stressed out

A lot of the time, parents don’t necessarily have problems with what their kids enjoy, but rather trying to find time for themselves in between all of that. It might be time to look into new methods of keeping your kids happy; though it might cost you a little! That said, imagine having some time for yourself for the first time since they were born, it can feel like luxury! The trick is keeping an open mind, and finding ways to discuss it with the kids, this way you’re likely to get the best results.

Clubs

There’s limitless amounts of clubs out there for people to join in with, you just need to find the right ones to match your kids. You might find they take an interest in Karate, or perhaps they want to join the scouts. It’s relatively easy to join one, and age shouldn’t be a problem! There are usually younger versions of the club that offers a similar activity but it’s only shared within a group of younger children. There’s all sorts of benefits to be gained having your kids joined clubs, and it’s great for both you and them. First of all, it’s a great place for your kids to meet new people and learn more social skills. Secondly, if they have fun in the club, you might find that they want to go once or twice a week! Which brings us to the third point, you likely have a lot more time for yourself to do what you want.

Video games

There’s a myth behind video games about the effect it has on your kids. Many people say that it can bring violent tendencies into your kid’s mental health, but that’s not exactly true! While games can be frustrating, the way each individual reacts to them completely depends on their own nature. The majority of people aren’t going to start acting violently while playing video games, while the rest were already likely prone to such actions! It’s not just that, all games are different too. It’s completely possible to find something that doesn’t involve something you’re not comfortable with sharing with your kids. You should try it for yourself to see what it’s like! Who knows, maybe your kids would prefer to play a game about space ninjas! Or perhaps they would want to journey to Final Fantasy 15 where they can control a whole empire. There’s no real limit on the creativity, just make sure to pay attention to the age ratings on games, as they’re there for a reason!

It’s important that you don’t judge anything before trying it for yourself. There are many people out there who say negative things about specific topics because of their own personal experience; which may have very well bad, however, it doesn’t guarantee what experience you’ll have! So, make sure to look into clubs above all else. It’s more difficult than finding a game that your kids would like, and there’s a lot more for you to consider in the choosing. For example; is the club somewhere far away and wouldn’t do much for your free time? Or perhaps it has a poor reputation online. Always look for other’s reviews for the best experience!

7 Delicious Desserts You Can Make With Plant Milks

For people with lactose intolerance, any dessert made with cow’s milk is a no-go. But did you know that you could use delicious nut or grain milk as a substitute for regular milk? The health benefits aren’t limited to those with lactose intolerance, either, as most kinds of plant milk are free of cholesterol and contain less fat—making them an ideal choice for those who want to up their intake of plant-based nutrients. In this post, we’ll share some simple types of desserts that you can try making at home.

1. Brownies
Crunchy on the outside, moist and chewy on the inside, a well-baked brownie is always hard to resist. Most brownie recipes call for a simple mixture of flour, sugar, baking powder, butter, eggs, and cow’s milk, which you can easily substitute with soy milk, almond milk, or cashew milk.

2. Cheesecake
You can make a simple cheesecake crust with a mixture of ground nuts, oats, biscuits, or dates. A basic cheesecake filling can be made by combining cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and a hint of vanilla. A vegan take on the recipe, though, could use ground nuts, almond milk, and coconut oil instead of cream cheese and eggs.

3. Cookies
All you’ll need are butter, sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, and milk. Just combine them in a bowl, shape the resulting dough into small balls, and pop them into the oven. Before you know it, you’ve got a freshly baked batch of soft, chewy cookies. You can easily substitute regular milk with almond milk, but if you’re making oatmeal cookies, oat milk is a perfect match.

4. Fruit Smoothies
To make a basic smoothie, just blend together ice, milk, sugar or honey, and a sliced fruit of your choice. You can also experiment by combining different fruits together into one smoothie for an amazing medley of flavors. You can substitute almost any type of plant milk for dairy milk, including soy milk, walnut milk, and hazelnut milk.

5. Ice Cream
Making ice cream is as simple as combining heavy cream, half-and-half cream (equal parts whole milk and light cream), egg yolks, sugar, and salt together and then chilling the mixture overnight. Coconut milk is a popular substitute because of its sugar and fat content which contributes to a creamy texture. You could also use cashew milk combined with a certain amount of coconut oil to make up for the lack of fat content in the plant milk.

6. Muesli
Though you can buy muesli at the store, it’s incredibly easy (and much cheaper) to make it yourself. You don’t even need to cook anything! All you have to do is find the perfect mix of dried fruits, rolled grains, nuts, seeds, and seasoning. Top off your muesli with oat milk, and you’ve got a quick, affordable, and healthy breakfast.

7. Pudding
You can make rice pudding by boiling water, rice, and peanut milk or rice milk, adding more milk as it gets absorbed by the grains. Top the cooled mixture with your choice of fruit, nuts, or preserves, and you’ve got a simple, healthy, and delectable dessert that you can dig into anytime.

These are just some of the many desserts that you can whip up using plant-based milk. Indeed, incorporating nut or grain milk into your daily diet can bring you a lot of health benefits without sacrificing taste for nutrients. Though you may have to make a few adjustments to the ratio or cooking time, you should be able to get similar if not better results compared to using cow’s milk. Give yourself a guilt-free treat by including some of these recipes in your next meal plan. Your tummy will thank you for it.

Post Car-Crash Check List

There are over 18 million registered vehicles, with at least 16 million of them on the road, and so the likelihood of you, one day, being in a car accident you is quite high. And chances are that you have already been involved in one. If not - have you ever thought about what you would do after being in a car crash? Crashing your car is a horror story that no one wants to think about. And for new drivers - it’s the worst nightmares for them and their parents. It doesn’t matter if you’re the best driver in the world, other people on the road aren’t. And where you could be conscientious, careful, and stick to the rule, not everyone around you will be the same. All it takes is a split second of stupidity on yours or a second parties part. Or it could be a complete accident - like if someone’s car breaks suddenly, or if they suffer a heart attack - these things are unavoidable at can happen more than you think.

Always drive by the rules of the rode, and do everything you can not to be the stupid one in any scenario, but you do need to know what to do in and after a crash situation, and upgrade what you can to make your car safer. So, assuming that you are well enough to leave your car and move around, what would you next steps be post-crash scenario?

Immediately After

Again we’re assuming that it is safe for you to move around out of your vehicle, straight after the event has taken place make sure that everyone else is okay. You don’t need to have a medical degree, but it’s a good idea to learn your basic first aid or CPR just for your general life and not just for these situations. If the person can’t be moved then don’t attempt it. By calling for an ambulance, the person on the line will be able to advise you on the situation if you are unsure on what to do. If anything is on fire, you need to move away from the vehicles as soon as you possibly can. If everyone is fine and moving around then pull over and get out of your vehicles, and stand behind a barrier away from traffic. Regardless of whether it was your fault or theirs, or if it’s unclear at this point, make sure you get the details of the other driver - their license plate, name and insurance company. If it’s impossible to get that information at the time, the first two will be recorded on the police statement.

Assess Damage

If you need to call for the recovery vehicle, then chances are that you’re going to need work doing to fix your car. And it might even be written off the road. You should be able to have a good idea which of the two it is, while your car is being recovered, but you’ll get a definite answer from a mechanic. If you can drive away, then take your car to be checked out anyway, to make sure that any damage is superficial. Car’s aren’t cheap to repair - if it’s a realignment, mirror replacement, or cosmetic denting, you should be able to have them fixed at a decent price. Anything bigger will probably be a nice chunk of money.

Insurance

The damage caused to your car might not be worth you claiming on your insurance, however, if you choose to then it depends on who caused the accident for who you claim the expenses from. However, if you don't have the right information regarding the other driver, you can claim on your own policy to cover any injury, a car accident lawyer, damage and loss of earnings. If there is a dispute over the incident, then look in car accident lawyers to fight your case for you.

Replacement

If your car has been damaged or written off, you might need a temporary car or a whole new one. If it’s a temporary vehicle, then think about how long you are going to need another car for. Look to renting a car for a short amount of time, but if it’s going to take a lot longer, you might want to ask friends or family if you can be added to their insurance for a while. If you have comprehensive cover, then you should be able to drive their cars without a problem.

New Year, New Habits: How to Crush Your New Year's Health Resolutions All Year

Living a healthier lifestyle is a common choice for a New Year's resolution, but many individuals take the wrong approach and find their hopeful habits fizzling out a month or two into the year. Build new habits that will help you achieve and maintain your goals for short-term satisfaction as well as long-term success. Use these strategies for a resolution that will last.
Choose a Diet You Can Maintain
Image via Flickr by wuestenigel
Avoid extreme, restrictive diets that are difficult to prepare for and time-consuming to maintain. Choose a diet that you can see yourself comfortably sticking with as a permanent lifestyle. Make healthy, delicious swaps that don't leave you feeling deprived. While you might want to count calories briefly for a better understanding of how many calories are in your favorite foods, this shouldn't be a long-term requirement of the plan. LifeSum recommends familiarizing yourself with the right number of maintenance calories to sustain weight loss and then incorporating these into healthy patterns you won't have to think about.
Find Activities You Love
If sweating it out at the gym doesn't leave you feeling powerful and pumped, choose a different approach to your health resolutions. Forming a new habit is a three-step process. You need a trigger that initiates the habit, a routine that's easy to follow, and a reward that presents you with a clear benefit for that behavior.
Choose fitness activities that fit this paradigm. For example, when leaving work. you may pass a walking trail that can trigger your routine. Walking the loop is your new habit. If you enjoy walking and find the scenery pleasant and relaxing, you'll enjoy a rewarding sense of refreshment after the walk that will encourage you to do it again.
Incorporate Simple Solutions
Adopting too many big changes at once is overwhelming. This is where many New Year's resolutions fail. Start with something simple that you can easily master, like drinking more water. Get new water bottles for work and home. Stock up on frozen fruit or other flavor enhancers if you like. Set phone reminders to keep you chugging throughout the day. This one simple act can supercharge your healthy adjustments.
Set Small Targets
Don't set all your resolutions for January 1. Get a calendar, and set a new goal for each month of the year, building on your previous achievements. You might start drinking water in January, which will curb some of your hunger. In February, take this to the next step and replace carb- or sugar-filled snacks with healthier options. Continue to build a healthier lifestyle one small step at a time until you're enjoying the full impact of your new and improved lifestyle by the end of the year.
When you take a reasonable approach to incorporating healthier habits, you'll find that you can crush your goals with lifelong successes. Though this strategy isn't as quick and extreme as more complicated diet and exercise regimes, it will deliver results that are much more satisfying than rapid weight loss and a quick bounce back to heavier weights.

Cha-Cha Time With My Teacher And The Students

I LOVE LINE DANCING!!

I started my first steps in line dancing in 2015... after taking up for three months, I fell and fractured my leg and since then I have stopped going for classes until last year 2017, I resumed....   My first dance center was half an hour away from my house and by the time I reached home it was almost 8pm... Nowadays I do not like to drive out alone during the night, not so much on the safety but because of my not-so-sharp-vision already in my eyes.  I try to avoid driving at night especially areas where I am not so familiar with....

Back to my dancing.... it was last year when my friend introduced me to a line dance teacher and to my great delight, she is giving classes in a community center which is just less than 5 minutes from my house!!  Wow.. that is really good news to me cos I miss my line dancing so much.  Though my right leg now is not-so-normal already, nevertheless it does not deter me from doing some cha-cha, waltzing and any dance that makes me sweat!

Though the hall is a bit small with no mirrors effect like the former one, I still love coming by each week to sweat it out and to meet up with these lovely ladies whom I get to know... They are so friendly and nice... Though I am the youngest among them, I feel that I am the Oldest!!  Really embarrasses me when they can remember all the steps and I am struggling with my memory!!

I have prove that Age Is Just A Number when it comes to Dancing and Remembering the steps... no matter how old or how young we are, age does not count over here... LOL...
We had an Appreciation time for our Teacher yesterday...
A gala time of tossing the Chinese New Year appetizer...
With my patient and friendly teacher and "students"
Wishing each other Good Health, Stay Young and Happy... etc etc...
LOL...
And then the music starts.....
Let's Cha-Cha!

Freshen Up Your Bathroom Décor

Does your bathroom look worn and tired? Updating your bathroom can make a massive impact to your property’s appearance and value. Here are just a few ways that you can freshen up the décor of this room.

Update old fixtures

Updating fixtures can be expensive, but could be necessary. Old fixtures may be starting to crack and discolour. They may no longer be as practical – compared to modern fixtures they may have low water pressure and a lack of ergonomics.

There are lots of stylish new fixture designs that could help to make your bathroom look more impressive. Start by updating your toilet – a modern multi-flush toilet can be great for using less water and providing quicker cistern refilling. Many of these toilets are operated by a button on the top instead of a handle or chain.

You can then consider your bathtub and shower. If you don’t have baths, you could consider ripping out your tub and replacing it with a walk-in shower. Meanwhile, if you prefer baths over showers you could buy a Helixbath acrylic bathtub. This freestanding bathtub design might help to make your baths more relaxing by giving you more space.

The last upgrade to consider is your sink. This should ideally match your toilet or bath. The tap may need upgrading if it’s old and mottled – consider a shiny new waterfall tap to make a dramatic impact.

Keep colours neutral

The bright colours of years gone by no longer look tasteful in a bathroom. Neutral colours such as grey, white and black are much more clean and stylish and could help to transform your bathroom. You can still have pops of colour, but should ideally stay away from colourful fixtures.

Add more light

A well-lit bathroom can feel cleaner and more peaceful. Bathrooms often have poky windows so consider using mirrors to help reflect the light in. Alternatively, you could consider building a bigger window or even putting a skylight on the roof. You can also wire in extra lights to brighten the room up. Track lighting is much cheaper to install than individual spot lighting – consider something sleek like a Forum Scorpius 4 Light Bar.

Clean up grouting

Unclean grouting between tiles can make a bathroom feel grubby. Consider cleaning this up or laying some new tiles if the grouting in your bathroom looks unclean. Keep tiles to one block colour if you can and stick to neutral tones for a modern feel.

Consider a heated towel rack
A nice contemporary feature that you could consider in your bathroom is a heated towel rack if you haven’t got one already. This are radiators that can also keep your towels hung up and dry. Heated towel racks come in all designs to fit all different kinds of bathroom. The Milano Pendle chrome towel rack is one of the more simple and effective designs.

How To Become Emotionally Resilient

How many times in your life have you had to deal with severely adverse circumstances? Hopefully not too many, but challenging situations are just as much a fact of life as anything else. A lot of us read stories in the newspapers or hear about misfortunes befalling those we know and wonder how we would possibly cope if the same were to happen to us. How do the strong ones in life keep moving forward in the face of bad situations? Are some people natural born survivors?

The answer is that coping skills – emotional resilience – can actually be learned. Some people naturally do have more emotional strength or calmer nerves, but these traits can be practised and improved upon even in those who don’t feel very strong. The lessons learnt from survivors of terrible experiences like abuse, war zones and medical problems show us how:

Develop Your Support Network

Often it’s the people and resources around us that we’re able to draw courage from when times are tough. Your family, the community that you are a part of or even a religion can be vital in bringing you through an extremely challenging time. Knowing we’re not alone can be the first step away from getting caught in despair. We’re wired as social animals, and our brains depend on the support of others to function the best. The brain chemistry proves it – connecting with others releases oxytocin, calming your nerves and reducing the body’s physical response to stress. There is another upside too – more connections means that you can benefit from their relationships, spreading out into a vast network of resources and knowledge. Whether you need to find the best attorney for car accidents or the top specialist for an illness, often it’s who you know – or who your connections know – that can make the difference.

Face Up To Your Fears

As tempting as the ostrich effect can be when we receive some terrible news, resist the temptation to try and fool yourself into thinking it will all go away. Neuroscience tells us that there’s only one route to dealing with our darkest fears – and that’s to face up to them. In fact, exposure to challenges like this is what builds up our emotional resilience in the first place. When we avoid what scares us, we actually become more scared. Exposure to the truth allows our brains to form a new memory which reduces the fear response in the brain’s amygdala region. This is the basis of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which gradually exposes participants to what they are afraid of in a safe, controlled environment. There’s nothing wrong with acknowledging that you’re scared and allowing yourself time to adjust to a shock. But it's also necessary to tell yourself that you can learn from this.

Find Your Meaning and Morals

Those who feel they have a mission and purpose in life are more emotionally resilient than those who do not. When hard times come calling, they think a great purpose is at stake, which gives them the impetus to go forwards when they otherwise wouldn’t feel capable. Also, those who are more resilient were found to have a strong sense of right and wrong in their lives. They always think about others, not just their own situation, and this actually strengthens their resolve to continue and gives them a valuable perspective outside of their own trauma. So moral values aren’t just an abstract, but they’re something tangible to help us through adverse situations.

Simple Steps To Making BBQ Pork Jerky aka Bah Kwa (Trial Run)

HERE I GO AGAIN....

I was in First Garden few days ago having breakfast with my ex-colleague.  After our breakfast we walked around a bit to do some street shopping around the area, bought quite a bit of stuff for the coming Chinese New Year and also ended up getting some minced meat from a nearby butcher shop.  For 500 grams of minced meat, it cost RM9.... and what do I need so much meat for?  Yes, hands itchy already... wanted to do some testing on the BBQ Pork Jerky also known as Bah Kwa in Hokkien!

The last time I made Bah Kwa was seven to eight months ago and that was when I was in Sacramento.  I could not remember exactly how it was made... and quickly I searched my own blog for the recipe.... Wanted to do a trial run now before I make it again before my kids come home... hehehee... No-confidence mom is like that.... have to do trial first before the exact day comes!

And so... from this post here, my Bah Kwa is processed....  I followed exactly the ingredients below....
500 gm of minced meat,
100gm of brown sugar,
1 tbsp light soy sauce,
1 tbsp Chinese rice wine,
1 tbsp oyster sauce,
2 tbsp honey,
1/4 tsp black sauce,
1/2 tsp fish sauce,
dash of five spice powder,
salt to taste
dash of pepper
The ingredients...
Mixed everything up and then using the cling wrap, I put inside the fridge for the night....
The next day... the process began....
Flatten the meat on the baking tray...
Bake at 160 degrees for 20 minutes....
Cut into pieces using pizza cutter....
After cutting, turn them over and oven bake them again for 5-10 minutes at 220 degrees..
Depending on the oven and this is the most crucial moment...

Important Tip:
Do not play with your phone at this time...
I nearly burnt my second tray
cos I was deeply engrossed with the whatsapp messages!!

My first tray of Bah Kwa...
So perfectly baked....
Moist, juicy... sweet... and nice...
Almost perfect!!
Except for some odd sizes... otherwise.... can pass gua...
LOL...
The first batch out from the oven....
Can do two trays with the 500gm of meat....
Alright.. so much for the trial run...
This will encourage me to do one more time...
If and when I am "Rajin" again...
Perhaps two days before Chinese New Year!!

Happy Baking!!

Don't Let Complications Complicate Your Hospital Stay

There are often so many nightmare stories about hospital stays in the news and media these days. In fact, there are so many that you might think that staying in hospital is a lot more dangerous than trying to get better at home on your own!

That really isn’t the case, though - in fact, the only place you are going to get the best possible care is in a hospital. So, despite all the nightmare stories, you should always head to your nearest hospital if your doctor sends you.

Don’t want to end up in your own nightmare story? Here are some tips to ensure everything goes as well as it should during your hospital stay.

Get Insurance

First of all, it is absolutely important to get the best possible insurance before you ever fall ill. You can take a look at the different types of insurance policies on websites like https://www.ehealthinsurance.com/new-york-health-insurance. As you will see, there is a wide variety of different policies on offer. Ideally, you need to go for the best that you can afford. When it comes to insurance, the more expensive policies will come with more perks and benefits, so you don’t have to slum it in hospital.

Don’t Leave It Too Long

You should go and see your doctor as soon as you are feeling sick. The longer you leave it, the more your health might decline and by the time you end up in hospital, you could be a lot more likely to develop some significant health complications, which could lengthen your recovery time. So, as soon as you think that you need to be in hospital, so and see your doctor so that he or she can send you there with the required paperwork.

Claim For Compensation

If you end up staying in hospital for a prolonged period of time, you might end up running into some financial problems from not being able to work. As you can see, then, it’s worth trying to get all the additional finance that you can find. You should be able to claim compensation if you are hospitalized because of an injury that wasn’t your fault. Speaking to an attorney like https://www.derricklawfirm.com/practice_areas/south-carolina-car-accident-attorney.cfm can help you figure out whether you have a valid case. They will then be able to fight on your behalf in court.

Watch Personal Hygiene

One of the main reasons for medical complications in hospitals is poor hygiene. All hospitals need to be as clean and as sterile as possible so that there are no germs or bacteria in the building that could cause the patients any health problems. While you are staying in hospital, you will need to be extremely meticulous when it comes to your personal hygiene so that you don’t end up infecting yourself of the other patients.

If you are careful and practice plenty of common sense, you shouldn’t have too many problems with complications during your hospital stay.

Can Eat Means Prosperity

ALL BY MYSELF...

Yes, sometimes I eat alone all by myself.... normally I cook my own dinner IF there is no dinner plans with friends. Nowadays my dinner can be as early as 4pm or 5pm depending on how "simple" my meal is.  If there is only one dish, then my dinner will be super early especially no lunch was taken.

Breakfast is a Must Have meal for me, I can eat a lot in the morning.  Just yesterday morning, I ordered a piece of Tosai and a piece of Roti Canai with a glass of barley.  Before I could indulge in my Roti Canai, my friend's husband looked at me and commented... "Wahhhh.... You can really eat a lot, hor?"  I must have scared him with my big appetite!  LOL...

What he did not know is that I normally skip lunch and proceed on to an early dinner.... When I have the cooking mood, I prepare a Big Meal for myself.... like this below...
This is one of my Big Meals....
Two pieces of Pork Chop...
I used one to cook with the Beans...
And one for dry version....
Then I blanched some greens to go with them....
Can I finish them all????
Well....
Beans is one of my favourite dishes...
Yes, I finished almost all of the beans... almost...
Cos I took them with rice too!
Not only that, I finished the Meat and the Greens...
I guess I am a Big Eater after all.....
LOL...

New Hairstyles Gorgeous Looks

Generally, the hair plays an important part to a lady's physical look, the impression overall lies on the hair for a lady.  Not every woman is born with beautiful and healthy hair. There are many kinds of hair textures, one cannot be too envious of those with lovely long, silky hair or with long, wavy and bouncy hair.

Many of us struggled to keep our hair healthy and good looking but somehow, our hair remain dry and brittle. We can try applying all kinds of tonic or go for costly hair treatment but ended up with not much improvement. For those of us with problematic hair, it is best we keep our hair short and neat for easy hair management.

All is not lost for those who have short hair. Even though we have to resort to wearing short hair, we still can enjoy lovely long hair by wearing hair weave. In fact, we can enjoy both short and long hair and we have hair weave to thank for. Hair weave is not something new but has been in use for many, many years.

We can easily buy cheap human hair weave with different kinds of colors such as a blonde ombre weave for example.  Those who have dark black hair will love to have a change of color and for those who have blonde hair might want to have dark colors for a change as well.  The hair bundles are divided  into different types of hair texture, such as straight hair, body wave, curly hair, loose wave, loose curls, and etc. to suit individual's taste and style.

The next time you see someone with ombre weave, don't be surprise that it turns out to be a human hair weave. Human hair weave is a common women's fashion accessory. If it is your desire to have beautiful long straight hair, you can buy long straight weave to suit your natural hair colour and texture. Human hair weave such as the red ombre weave is easily manageable and with proper care, the hair weave can last more than 1 year with regular use. As the new year has just began, why not we have a new hair look every now and then?  :)

Getting The Best Start For Your Small Business

The market

When it comes to starting up a business, you always need to make sure there’s a place for you on the market. Even when running the business, there’s always a lot of market research that you need to put in if you want to keep up with your competitors. Firstly, make sure your business has some chance of surviving when it’s first introduced to the world. It can be hard to sell products that have competitors that come with it, but it’s also risky if you want to open with a new niche. Sometimes, there are trends out there that your competitors don’t sell, which gives you a convenient opening on the market, you just need to make sure you’re fast with your response.

Investments

Starting up your business is going to cost you. A lot. If you want the best start possible for your business, you want to find as much money as you can. No matter what your goals are, or what you’re going to be providing to customers, it’s best that you have access to whatever tools and resources necessary. There are many ways that people go about getting this startup capital, but it mostly depends on your connections to people.

Usually, businesses allow a chance for their friends to invest in them, as of which they will likely be paid back later on when the business starts making a profit. This is because that startup money is part of what got the business to the state it’s in now, and therefore they are owed it, if not a little more. That said, if your ideas and plans don’t sound reasonable to others, you’re likely going to have a hard time finding people to believe and invest in them! That’s not your only option though; it depends on how confident you are in your plan. You need to remember what you need when starting out, from stock to bills, to new employees. This kind of funding can be surprisingly effective, check out entrepreneur.com for a more detailed look! You might already have that money saved up and ready for you to get spending, but you still might seek out some kind of financial aid. It’s not a good idea to use all of your money at once, and then remain with nothing to support your business.
(Source: Pexels)

Those who don’t have/don’t want to use all of their money in the startup might be seeking a lender to help provide them with that money. Many small businesses reach out to these lenders when they need financial aid, whether it’s for starting up or keeping afloat. You should check smallbusinessloans.co for more information on what you could be entitled to, as it can really help you to get a head start on the market.

If you don’t have so much money to start you out as a business, you’re more likely to fall behind in your sales. Sacrifices will have to be made on the financial side of things, and you’ll be losing out on one of your essential resources. Maybe you’ll have to find a cheaper supplier, or maybe you’ll find yourself short-staffed. It can be a struggle if you can’t support your business, and can ultimately make the plan redundant.

Steamboat and Barbeque At Thai Mookata, Ipoh

STEAMBOAT AND BARBEQUE...

This combination will be nice for cooling evenings... most of the evenings now in Ipoh are wet, raining, sometimes heavy and sometimes light.  Heard there were flashfloods in many parts of the states these days.  All these years weather nearing to Chinese New Year are normally hot and humid.  Maybe this year, there is a change of weather... I did not even switch on the air-con for the past few days, the cooling wind helps me to save a bit though not much...

There is one Thai steamboat in Ipoh Garden East and we went there to try it out one evening.  For seniors over 60, there will be a discount, if not mistaken, normal rate is RM29 and for seniors, it is RM20 or RM25.  So seniors over 60 has a smaller space in the stomach?  LOL...
It is called Mookata.. wonder what that means in Thai..
Buffet style....
We ordered Tomyam on one side and clear soup on the other....
The fried stuff on one section....
For BBQ, we were given some lard to start off with ....
So that the meat don't stick too much to the pan....
The side condiments....
For the meat lovers....
And seafood too...
Can take as many times as we like but make sure we finished them all..
That was our steamboat and BBQ dinner on one cooling evening....
