Roy Thai In Canning Estate, Ipoh Garden, Ipoh

THAI FOOD ANYTIME FOR ME!

When my friends suggested going for Thai food, I was all for that... Thai food is more similar to my taste buds.  Mention Vietnamese or Korean food, I have to reconsider saying yes.  LOL..

And so... one evening we went to a newly opened Thai food in Canning Estate, Ipoh Garden.  Formerly the shop is famous for its evening Chicken Koay Teow, manned by an elderly couple but I heard that they couldn't cope anymore and had decided to call it a day.  And after that, the shop is now turned to a more comfy and cooling Thai food restaurant  and we decided to try the food there last week.
For the three of us, we ordered four dishes....
Five pieces of Pandan Chicken RM18
Stinky beans with minced meat... RM22
Spicy and sourish chickenTomyam RM20
I still prefer those clear type of Tomyam like the one I had in Lanna Thai...
Lots of chicken meat...
Seafood Tomyam cost RM24
Followed by Steamed Fish... RM38
I like this steamed fish with lots of garnishing on top...
Bill came to around RM100 inclusive of rice and drinks....
