Fruit Bread With Khind Breadmaker

BREAD-ING MODE!

Though I am not a bread lover, I do make bread once awhile... and on this day, suddenly my baking mode was ON and quickly, I took out all the ingredients from the fridge before the mode turned to OFF again.  LOL...

There you go....
Looks a bit "professional" now... hahahaaa...
But one look, nothing like a Pro...
Professionals do no need the recipe book on the table, do they?
I am very greedy this time...
My mixed berries and walnuts hidden underneath....
With the breadmaker, it is so easy for "professional" like me!
LOL...
Bread is done within 3 hours... and I only put in 10 minutes of my "labour"...

Smells so good!
Time to overturn and cut it up...
Full of nuts and fruits....
I wonder if someone notice anything here...
Those who notice are definitely very observant!
I have a ripe avocado in the fridge...
Bought it at RM6.90 for the first time in history....
And with my own recipe, I did this....
No mayo.. just a runny egg spread with the avocado....
And this become my Dinner for that night!
My breadmaker is Khind...
And this is the recipe for my Fruit Bread...
Easy as A-B-C and amateurs like Me...

  2. One slice of bread has a corner gone - looks like that corner has been eaten or gone somewhere. Very healthy dinner - bread, egg and avocado! I like.
