Meaty Dinner At The Butcher's Table, Ipoh

FOR PORKY LOVERS... I have never heard of Butcher's Table until only recently when my friend suggested going there for dinner.  I could not catch up with Ipoh's cafes... they seem to be everywhere, the names sound so unfamiliar to me.  Seems I am really outdated when it comes to cafes... From what I heard, many have close up even before before I could step inside.  That shows how backdated I am.... So when my friend suggested going to Butcher's Table, I said Yay, let's go, never knowing what to expect actually except for meat and more meat!

One look at the menu, I know I am really Out.... I "wow" at their prices, more startled when I saw Meat Pizza pricing at over RM50.  Then when the pizza came out, the price is more or less justified....
Started off with Pumpkin soup.... around RM8.80
Wild mushroom soup.... 
Both are too creamy for me.... but my friends love them!
Ordered their Pork Knuckle special for RM65....
Western Roasted Pork... 
And Malaysian Roasted Pork with Aglio Olio... around RM20 over ...
I like this fusion style...
Meat Pizza came out last..... 
So... what is the catch?
Made with Anchor... hmmmm....
And no bread crust... all Meaty...
See what I mean?
Meat and more meat.... 
One piece is more than enough for me.... 
Now I know why it is called Butcher's Table...
Those who loves meat, this is the place to go....
I wouldn't mind going for the Aglio Olio... but definitely not the meaty pizza!

    oh dear, I wouldn't like the meaty pizza because I want the doughy pizza base.

    I like this kind of food outing. Once in a while. Now I grow older, I cant digest too many food in one go. Haha. But I like varieties.

    That looks like an awful lot of food. Did you all just order a bunch of items and then share? I've never heard of a pizza with a meat crust before. I think my favorites might have been one of the cream soups, and then that would have probably filled me up too much to try anything else.
