Needless to say, now my breakfast meals are bought by my neighbour. What he orders, I want the same. Yesterday he bought back a packet of Hongkong styled Chee Cheong Fun. This time no shrimps but filled with coriander leaves with BBQ pork aka Char Siew. Only RM5 per packet, this meal was so filling that I did not cook till dinner.
I don't mind having this at least once or twice a week....
For lunch, I took two pieces of these.... Apom Balik...
So much peanuts... yummy!
I thought of doing it but too bad I don't have crushed peanuts...
Anyway, just pay RM3 and you get these...
Why need to DIY? LOL....
Night time I had a simple meal of dry noodles....
I blanched some cauliflower and sauteed it with some chicken meat
adding in some Sambal Prawns sauce....
What recipe is this, I really don't know....
Whatever I have in the fridge, it becomes a meal for me!
Your DIY meal looks very good! Very hard to get nice cauliflower. Usually they have those brown/black spots.
ReplyDeleteDoes your neighbour want to move to Sibu? LOL!!!
