Marinated the chicken breast with salt, pepper, sesame oil and chilli flakes for a couple of hours. I diced the cauliflower and big onions, cut up some cherry tomatoes and a few pieces of BBQ pork jerky (Bah Kwa) and then topped with cheese....
Prego tomato sauce at the base....
And topped with the vegetables and meat...
Two pieces of the same toppings....
One big tray and a smaller one....
Baked at 200 degrees for 25 minutes...
Garnish with cilantro...
I like the smell of this...
Not cheesy enough... someone said...
Gave my nephew one whole piece to take home for dinner....
His happy expression was enough....
Feedback: The crust is crispy at the side...
Softer at other parts where the ingredients are...
And this fella finished the pizza at one go....
He must be a Pizza Lover!
So impressive! Nicer than the ones at the Italian cafes. So nice, can buy pizza dough there - here only those Mission ones...or we use those frozen roti canai/pratha.
ReplyDeletenice! homemade pizza is always the best!
ReplyDeleteYour toppings are the best! Of course your nephew is super happy!
ReplyDeleteWah!! Look good. Much better and tastier than those sold outside. I never make DIY pizza at home before.
ReplyDeleteThis looks like the healthiest pizza I have ever seen!
