My Most Healthy Breakfast Of All Times

BREAKING FAST FOOD...

No, I am not fasting, breaking fast for me means eating after a break of 12 hours of "non-eating" and not sleep as what I have written earlier... LOL... Baby also won't sleep that long.... hahahhaa....

For the past few days, I did not go out to buy breakfast.... buying back breakfast is not as nice as sitting and eating in the shop, somehow....  Anyway, see how it goes, I have been making my own food in the morning and once I am lazy again, I will have no choice but to drive out to get food.  Ordering online is not as nice especially in the morning, sounds like a fussy eater!  LOL...

On one "nice-mood" morning, I busied myself with slicing of fruits, apples, cucumber, carrot, nectarine, banana, blueberries ... mix them up and get them done like this...
My salad of fruits for one morning....
Am I hardworking?  LOL....
My neighbour gave me a jar of apricot plum sauce....
And that is definitely better than mayo sauce...
One half boiled egg to go with my salad....
And ta.... daa.....
I think this is the healthiest breakfast I have ever made so far!
LOL...

  1. Sleep for 12 hours? Wowwwwwwwwww!!! That's a lot of sleep. I go to sleep at 9 but I get up early, around 4 or 5. More than enough!!!

  2. Wah! 12 hours of sleep! Wish I could sleep like you! These days I would be very happy if I can get 6 to 7 hours of sleep uninterrupted. I like your healthy breakfast, but can't get my hubby to join me if I make this type of healthy breakfast.

  3. Wah. So hardworking slicing and mixing? I prefer to go out makan. Haha. Been going out for breakfaat pretty often with my man lately. Kuching is under CMCO so not so strict when go out. Few districts are under MCO here includes hubby's hometown, Kapit till after CNY. Luckily no MCO for Kuchinf district. Pray hard it stays that way and other districts in Sarawak and other states get better soon.

  5. Yes, you are definitely very hard-working to prepare your healthy breakfast. So much effort required.

  6. Sometimes I can sleep up to 12 hours if uninterrupted, especially during weekends when I am not working. But quite rare so it is a blessing if I can get 12 hours of sleep. Apricot plum sauce sounds yummy!
