My son again had the honor to say Grace and a Thankful prayer and after that, the feast began... "Pass me this please, pass me that please.... pass this around... thank you, thank you..... " This is what happens when the table is not round but rectangle....
Oh, I forgot to show the turkey.....
Ok, don't get funny ideas.....
I am just showing the stuffings....
Sideview might be better....
Ready to be cut....
The Captain cum Chef officiated...
then the knife was passed over to my son... to do the rest....
Laying out the table....
Finally food is ready!
Sliced turkey...
Yes, the sideview is better! LOL!!! We are not fans of turkey but will eat to follow the tradition - at Christmas, not Thanksgiving...with cranberry sauce. My missus prefers to buy a BIG chicken and roast that instead, the meat is nice, she insists.
ReplyDeleteSuch a lovely gathering! I love the crockery! So pretty! So classy! Here, usually, we will see all that plastic or melamine...or stainless steel.
The table is set beautifully, and everyone looks so happy!
