A Quiet Evening

Today is Friday.... after a simple dinner with my kids at home (yes, my son was yearning for homecooked food), we looked at each other.... patting our heavy stomachs, we asked one another what our next program was going to be....

Where to go.....Jaya Jusco? Parkson Grand? These are the only two mega malls in IPOH... cham moe....

Finally we settled for a night market walk in First Garden. I think it has been more than ten years since I last went... I really cannot remember.... anyway, we set out around 8.30pm...

Reaching there, we were shocked to see the big crowd, so jammed up.... gosh, I felt like going home.. I really don't like crowded places...

Anyway, after an hour or so, we were back in our own homes....

Tonight is very quiet.... so serene.... and my mind is so relaxed... this is the moment to rest...

  5. First Garden pasar malam is very big one. I have been there before with my sis, who stayed in Ipoh. I love going there, a lot things which I like to hunt for. For eg. food, children clothes, and some other stuff also.

  7. No photos? I like quiet places - that's why in big towns and cities, I would rather laze around in the hotel room enjoying the cool and the quiet. Mandy says I love hotel rooms... Hehehehehe!!!!

  15. hi claire, got to know you thru elin's mail. Yeah, tell me about it..the pasar malam in first garden. i live near there and i will avoid the roads surrounding it, it's just too many people can cars. one of the biggest pasar malam, they say and lots of stuff too but i hardly go there. Difficult to find parking space, walking would be quite a distance too.

  16. I too avoid crowded places especially crowded market places. It is always better to go to those malls and have your necessary items packed without any hassles.
