Our Sun Lee How Fook Dinner Dishes

Oh, what a joyful weekend!! I didn't manage to post up anything on Saturday... the itinerary was just too full... phew!!   And now the weekend has gone and everyone is back to their own life and routine, it is time for me to update the events here so that I can remember .... and cherish...

When my friend told me that she would be coming by ETS to Ipoh, a few of us here quickly made some plans... Food Plans!  What else.... hahahaa..

Come Friday evening, we gathered at Sun Lee How Fook Restaurant for dinner and it coincided with a birthday for one of my friends... and the dinner was sponsored by one of my friends too!  So delightful... hahahaaa....  So we left the ordering of food to the sponsor....
I like this dish!
Ching Loong Choy with crispy sotong...
Bitter Gourd with Meat Ribs...
Beancurd varieties...
Crispy Fried White Mushrooms...
And this dish was very appetizing....
Lots of old ginger... spicy and hot!
Ginger steamed fish with smooth beancurd beneath....
Smooth savoury beancurd that blends well with the fish...
Total bill with rice came to RM117.
Here is the Ice Cream Cake again...
There are two cones here.. one belong to the birthday girl...
And the remaining one was decided by playing...
'LA LA LI TAM BOONG!'
I lost so I didn't get to eat... hahhahaaa...
Someone mentioned that both of us have the samenose shape...
I know I have a Big nose similar to Jacky Chan...
So can you spot the similarity here?
hahahaha...

  1. No time to blog means you got a life, that is a good thing hahaha.
When you mention Jackie Chan, I won't think about his nose nowadays, I only think about how he say: hui bao zha de!!!

    2. Yup, mandarin... means "Will explode!" .. He was referring to why he prefer to buy Japanese instead of Chinese for electrical products..

  2. I suppose you had the cake? Happy birthday to your friend. Gosh!!! The yellow light at the restaurant sure is bad for food photography... I don't like places with this kind of lights, spoils the appearance of the dishes.

  20. Jackie Chan's face has big nose and feng shui experts say that's plenty of wealth. You know better how much $$ you have inside your bank now... more coming your way!
This restaurant has fond memories for me as I had attended several weddings there since small.
