A Meaningful Meal Together

Our last dinner in Sg Buloh before leaving for Ipoh the very next morning....
Thanks to my SIL who whooped up a sumptuous meal for my mom to enjoy....
We could see that my mom was very happy that evening too...
Though she couldn't eat much of everything... the family bonding is most important...
The last evening we spent with our dearest mom....
 The dishes that were laid before her.....
Her favourite steamed chicken...
The greens that we brought from Ipoh....
Fried fish....
Eggs with bitter gourd...
Crabs cooked with yellow ginger...
Pickled cucumber....
Mom at the chairman's seat....
Thank you Mother.... 
You are always *here* with us....

    This Sg Buloh trip was very recent. Your mum was all right then? It's all so very sudden. I think I remember she had a toe removed or something once. You look like her - see in the first pic.

    My mum's also like that. Would like everyone to come to the house, have dinner together but she herself does not want to eat anything, just sits there, be together with everybody. Makes her very happy.

      As parents, we all like our kids to be together... family bonding. Yes, it was all very sudden.. we were in KL then..

    Good that you all brought your mother to have this warm family bonding meal. She must be very happy with this meal and and to see all of you, therefore fong sam to leave you all.
