CNY Dinner On First Day 2015

Now mom is not around, I will make it a point to visit the eldest sibling from this year onwards...  We siblings may be busy with our own family matters day in and day out that we do not have time to gather with one another on normal days.  I feel that it is important to have a family reunion .... well, at least Once a year?  And I am so glad that I did....

It was an unexpected and an unplanned gathering.... I made a phone call and within minutes, we have arrived at her place.... 

Started off with greetings and the next thing before I knew it, a few of us were busy karaoke-ing already!

After a couple of hours....
Dinner is ready to be served!
 Needs no introduction...
All are Food Glorious Food!


 Simple meal for the eight of us!
 One for the album!
Thank you for the yummy meal...
Let's do it again next year!!

    I know and like all these songs. Happy New Year!! That is a nice big kitchen and the food looks really yummy! You all need to stick even closer together now that your mom is gone. She would have loved this.

    Yep we also visit my dad's second eldest sibling after the first sibling is gone..Lots of good food there, I also ate white cut chicken yesterday, yummmzzz...

    Last time granny lives with us, so the relatives visit us. Last year was the first year since she passed away, so we got pantang. This year, it has been a waiting game between those of us in KL. My dad is the eldest son, then there is another elder sister, both also waiting for each other to make the (visiting) move LOL!

    After retired, you will have more time to visit your siblings..Festivities are the best time to do visiting.
