With this apps group, we still keep in contact with one another and when someone mentioned a gathering to commemorate a "Close Work Lunch" aka "Sau Koong Chau"... everyone readily agreed to the suggestion. Never mind whether we are working or non-working, we really look forward to our getting together session!
And so our gathering is held at Delight Restaurant...
Refreshments sponsored by one of us retirees...
While waiting for the rest to arrive, these was what we did....

These condiments were served as appetizers....
Our first dish!
Loe Sang with stripes abalone...
Followed by the "Lang Poon" aka "Cold Dish"
The first dish itself has us half full already!
And we had steamed fish....
Special Kai Lan... Steamed stem with crispy fried green leaves....
And this dish appeared again... the one I had just few days ago.....
Last and not least, my ex-colleagues whom have been working together with me for umpteen years...
Yes, our group is getting smaller and smaller...
Some are being transferred and some have retired...
Anyway, big or small group, it does not matter...
It is the present that counts...
And I hope we have more of these Food Sessions for joy and laughter!
oooh, so fast pre-CNY lunch with lou sang already?? hehehe, luckily i also "mmm chap shwee" had one last Friday already.. when i looked at the fish, i thot this dish is very familiar.. and when i saw that egg/tofu/mince dish, confirmed it's the same place!! you are really efficient to come back to the same place again after few days!! good~~ :)
