My Healthy Lunch Capati And Naan

FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE DAYS, I TOOK HEALTHY MEALS such as the below.... Not actually I am looking for something healthy but kind of missing the Indian taste such as the capati and the naan.  Both are practically oil-less?

It started off with a message from my ex-colleagues sending an invite to an open house at my former office JKR.  Not only one message but a few coming in from different staff so I was kind of "motivated" to go but never knowing the "open office" was so grand that I could not get a parking even after driving around few times.   The crowd was enormous and when I drove by, the tables were mostly full.  Eventually I sent a note that I would not be able to join... and off I went to my former regular coffeeshop near my office to eat this....  and I noticed that the lady who manned this stall was no longer around, she has passed the baton to her friend...

Well, changing hands or not, this Capati is still as good.. RM1.30
Soft texture, freshly made and I love every bite that I took...
Took it along with a plate of fruits...
Healthy meal, right?
This afternoon I was yearning for some Indian food again....
And Naan it is... for my lunch!
Freshly made... soft texture too....
And I love the gravy that came with the Naan...
Chutney and the mint gravy was fantastic!  Sweet, sour and spicy...
My kind of Combination!!

  4. The capati and naan is healthy food if you just eat them on their own without any gravy. ;)
