The minute my son reached home, both me and my girl jumped into the car. It was almost 7.30pm by then and our tummies were ready for food consumption. Our discussed avenue was Uncle Pou Wok at Bukit Indah branch. I think each time I come down, this place is always in the itinerary....
There were six of us and we ordered these dishes...
The Fish Head soup is their signature dish...
Variety of goodies inside...
BBQ pork ribs...
Bitter gourd with salted eggs...
Yau Mak...
Stuffed Yong Tau Foo...
And two plates of their thick noodles with lots of lard!
Dishes for the 6 of us, filled us to the brim...
A very scrumptious dinner indeed that came to RM140...
I guess I will be coming by here again next month...

uncle pou wok must be a popular dai chow place there. I like the bitter gourd dish best.
ReplyDeleteHeard nowadays less people, don't know why...
DeleteThe pork ribs look droolworthy but why so few pieces? 6 persons, 1 each? I guess it is marinated with soy sauce - we are going gluten-free these days so that is out. The creamy fish head soup would be nice - love it with bihun.
ReplyDeleteThey are nine pieces actually.. maybe MIA.. hahaa...
DeleteFish head soup, pork rib. Gosh! That looked good. I like bittergourd with egg.
ReplyDeleteNot so keen on the fried noodle with lard. Messy. Hahaha.
Messy and unhealthy but tasty! hahahaa
DeleteThe BBQ pork rib is tempting...
ReplyDeleteYes, a bit sweet one..
DeleteAll looks pretty good. I like the fish head soup & bittergourd. Yummsss
ReplyDeleteOne dish is also enough if less people.. hahaa
DeleteMmmm....the fish head soup looks especially yummy. All the other dishes look good too. No wonder you always head to this restaurant.
ReplyDeleteCos we don't know where else to go.. not too far at least..
DeleteYou must have a ball eating out with your kids!
ReplyDeleteOnly during weekends...
DeleteThe stuffed YTF look very flavourful and tempting
ReplyDeleteThey are not bad... no complaints..
DeleteWah, eat kaw kaw until very satisfied!
ReplyDeleteYeah, normally rest day for me during weekends and Fridays!
DeleteIt is good that you close your kitchen from Fridays through the weekends. Time for family bonding and eat like happy gluttons. I like this Mama Claire's way of family upbringing.
