That was what we thought... so we quickly readied ourselves before 6pm and started off to G Hotel. Reached there around 6.15pm and to our amazement, we were the early birds, first to arrive. Then my friend checked the invitation again on the handphone... and then only we realized that the cocktail starts at 6.30, not the dinner itself. No wonder....
Since we were "super early", I took the opportunity to take pictures of the place before the guests arrived. I know I would not be taking much after that... that goes with the food too... I did not take any picture of the food for we were not familiar with the other guests who were sitting together at the same table. Too high end to take... LOL...
Actually dinner started around 8.15pm.. by then I was too hungry and I started off by eating the cake laid on the table for each of us, really thankful for that piece... otherwise others might hear my stomach making sounds. LOL...
The Ballroom for the dinner...
Must be more than 40 tables...
Lovely decoration outside...
See... we were the first to arrive.. only the hotel staff was seen...
Then slowly, guests started arriving...
Taken from where I was seated...
See the golden box? That was my "survival kit"...
And the night would not be completed without some pictures of the guest...
LOL...
