The Cream at ChinChin, Georgetown

MY FINEST DINE-IN...

This is what I called fine dining when I entered Cream by Chin Chin at Pintal Tali, Georgetown.  Thanks to my friends who brought me there and picking up the tab.  Oh, I felt so embarrassed.... Initial plan was that the treat was mine so I ended up ordering quite an expensive dish for myself.  But it did not happen this way.. My friends insisted on paying when the evening was over.  If I kneew earlier that they insisted on paying, I wouldn't have ordered what I have ordered... LOL... *Red Face*
Reservation need to be made earlier...
Ours were at 7pm....
I think everyone who sits there will have one of these to start off...
It is actually a crispy bread... warmly heated to go with butter...
Initially I thought it was a curry puff!
Followed by Corn Soup... prawn, serrano chips and sweet corn...
One of my friends ordered pasta...
I tried a bit... yeah, suits me fine!
Red snapper for another dear friend....
and yours truly ordered the most expensive...
Chargrilled Iberico Pork Chop... cost RM78...
Two small pieces of pork from Spain, so it seems...
Actually I did not know what to expect...
They taste like steak to me... soft and tender...
All I know is that I felt very bad for ordering this and not paying for it...
They know I like dessert...
This is so special... Tiramisu and it cost around RM22 if I am not mistaken...
Size of a ping pong ball...
And the insides.....
The meal came RM250 over....
Many thanks to my friends for this gracious meal...
Next time, I better pick the tab before the meal is over!
