I have steamed, fried and cook curry for the last few days. I think my neighbour also must be wondering whether there is any fishy business going on.... LOL... Ok, today is the 4th day and we decided to order online for Thai food. That is for dinner tonight, meanwhile here are two posts on my steamed and fried fish....
White pomfret with garlic and ginger....
No spring onions to decorate... sadly...
Did a new dish... Pineapple with chicken breast meat....
I put cili sauce and added in black vinegar....
Appetizing dish... sweet and sour!
I like fishes. Steam or fried, good for me. I cooked assam curry mackerel yesterday. Clearing the fishes from freezer
ReplyDeleteI would love to try that sweet and sour chicken & pineapples. Must be really nice. I love pumpkin with dried prawns too - we often cook it this way. Was that bawal putih (pek chio)? That is very expensive here. I usually go for the black ones, cheaper.
ReplyDeleteNow I know this online fish delivery... cheap and fresh... only RM10 per pomfret... no more going market to choose!
DeleteWowwwww!!!! That is SUPER cheap!!! Lucky you!!! Even the black ones here do not come that cheap! I do enjoy fish, steamed or fried, whichever way we cook it but it's rather pricey here! Never mind! These days, nothing to spend on, nowhere to go. So sad.
DeleteWow! Nice food! You are cooking for more than 1 pax, right?
ReplyDeleteThat is for sure!!
Deletehah..hah..fishy business :D I want to have your fish. I have been eating oink oinks and fish would be a nice change.
ReplyDeleteYou will be super healthy!
ReplyDeletePomfret is one of my favourite fish! We usually steam it with spring onions, mushrooms, and chili. Yums! My mom likes to cook pumpkin that way too. I want your steamed fish and pan fried cod fish. Your meals got soup, got fish, got chicken and got pumpkin, what a complete meal!
